Terms and Conditions for Earn extra KTC FOREVER points

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”)who spend using their KTC card at pet shops and animal hospitals under the pet category with MCC codes 5995, 742, 8062, during the period from 10 September 2025 – 28 February 2026 (“Promotion Period”), in accordance with the specified conditions only.”

2. The following cards are not eligible in this Promotion: all types of KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS credit card, all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, Cardmembers must register successfully by sending a SMS, text Type ETP (space) 16-digit card number send to 0613845000 (SMS fee as specified by network service provider), or by registering at ktc.promo/pet-point-cb on the date of the first card spending, and receive the confirmation message from KTC. 
4. Extra KTC FOREVER points under this promotion are limited to 1 privilege per sales slip, per card number, per day.
5. Spending at Pet Events of partners at Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC) and IMPACT Muang Thong Thani is eligible for only one promotion either Earn extra KTC FOREVER points promotion or the Pet Event promotion.
6. Cardmembers who spend at least THB 1,000 per sales slip will earn 10 extra KTC FOREVER points, starting from the 2nd transaction onwards.
7. Transactions below THB 1,000 per sales slip (including the first transaction) are not eligible for the 10 extra KTC FOREVER points
8. Eligible spending for this promotion is limited to payments for goods/services per sales slip, per day only.
9. If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion.
10. This Promotion is reserved for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only. The transaction cannot be split into multiple sales slip to receive the privileges hereunder
11. KTC will credit point to Cardmember’s card account within 60 days after the end of each calendar month . In this regard, KTC will calculate the spending amount starting from the day of successful registration to participate in this Promotion until the end of month/Promotion.
12. The extra KTC points received under this promotion will expire within 1 year on the date of receipt.

Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption for Cash Back

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend on card at Participating Pet Stores and Veterinary Hospitals during 10 September 2025 - 28 February 2026 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.  
2. The following cards are not eligible in this Promotion: all types of KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS credit card, all types of KTC CASH BACK, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, Cardmembers must register successfully by sending a SMS, text Type PET (space) 16-digit card number # and spending amount/ sales slip send  to 0613845000 (SMS fee as specified by network service provider), or by registering at ktc.promo/pet-point-cb within the day that card transaction has been made, and receive the confirmation message from KTC.

5. Cardmembers who spend on card at the minimum of 1 Baht per sales slip, will be eligible to redeem KTC Points at the amount equivalent to the purchase amount per sales slip for cash back as specified in the terms and conditions.
6. For the purpose of calculating KTC Points for redemption hereunder, any decimal (Thai Satang) on sales slip will be rounded up to whole Thai Baht.
7. This Promotion is reserved for the payment of goods/services per 1 sales slip only. The transaction cannot be split into multiple sales slip to receive the privileges hereunder
8. KTC will credit cash back to Cardmember’s card account within 60 days after the end of each calendar month . In this regard, KTC will calculate the spending amount starting from the day of successful registration to participate in this Promotion until the end of month/Promotion.

Terms and Conditions for 0.74% Installment Payment for 3,6,10 months with KTC Card

1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card  (“Cardmembers”) who spend on card at Participating Pet Stores and Veterinary Hospitals during 10 September 2025 - 28 February 2026 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.  
2. The following cards are not eligible for this Promotion: KTC VISA CORPORATE and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
3. The By PHONE 0.74% interest Installment payment with KTC Card plan for 3,6,10 months is for the payment of goods/services that participate in this promotion and have a minimum amount of 3,000 baht according to specified conditions only.  Allow to collect the purchase(s) on the same day that have purchased amount more than 500 baht/purchase.
4. The cardmembers who wish to convert the purchased transaction to 0.74% interest Installment payment with KTC Card plan for 3,6,10 months under this promotion are required to register at KTC PHONE at 02 123 5000 on the purchased date only.

“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion

1. Privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
2. Privileges under this promotion are exclusive for cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which such privileges are granted to cardmembers, based on KTC’s existing record.
3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privilege under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of the specified terms and conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC has granted the privileges under this promotion to cardmembers.
4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine, any other fees and charges, cancellation of goods/services purchased or any other refund, from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
