The renter name and the card holder's name must be 21 years of age or older. For all car models, except for Jeep Wrangler (JFAR), the renter and the card holder must be 24 years of age or older, BMW X5 (XFAR), BMW X7 (XFAN), the renter and the card holder must be 30 years of age or older, and the name and card number must be the same as the one used to book and pick up the car at the Sixt Rent A Car branch.
Proof of rental: ID card or passport that has not expired, driver's license (1 year or more) and has not expired, or international driver's license, and credit card (cash is not accepted and all types of cash cards)
Deposit (Pre-Authorization) on pick up day
- For group A cars (MDAR, EDAR, CFAR, CDAR, IDAR, EDAE, CCAC, CCAE, CWAE, CFAE, IFAE) 8,000 baht / rental contract
- For group B cars (SDAR, FFAR, IFAR, RFAR) 15,000 baht / rental contract
- For group C cars (SVAR, FDAR, FVAR) 20,000 baht / rental contract
- For group D cars (SFAR, PCAR, ICAR, LCAR, LFAE) 30,000 baht / rental contract
- For group E cars (JFAR, PDAR, XFAR, XFAN, LVAR) 50,000 baht / rental contract

Note: The company will process via credit card only. Customers will receive a refund to the credit card after returning the car. It depends on the process of each financial institution.

Please book a car at least 48 hours before your trip via SIXT Call Center 1798 or Line ID: @sixtthailand or email reservations@sixt.co.th (every day 8.30 – 18.00 hrs.)
In case of changes or cancellations of reservations, please inform at least 24 hours in advance before the pick-up time to avoid charges.
The service fee includes fuel, expressway fees, excludes 7% VAT.
This service fee is for pick-up or drop-off from Suvarnabhumi Airport and Don Mueang Airport to all areas of Bangkok, except:
Pick-up or drop-off service from Suvarnabhumi Airport and Don Mueang Airport to outer Bangkok, As follows : Nong Chok, Taling Chan, Bang Phlat, Thawi Watthana, Bang Khun Non, Bangkok Noi, Bangkok Yai, Phasi Charoen, Nong Khaem, Bang Khae, Bang Bon, Bang Khun Thian, Thung Khru, Ratchaburana, Khlong San, and Thon Buri, there is an additional charge of 200 baht (excluding VAT).
Pick-up or drop-off service from Suvarnabhumi Airport And Don Mueang Airport To the surrounding areas, including Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani and Samut Prakan, there is an additional charge of 300 baht (excluding VAT)
In the case of pick-up and drop-off at Don Mueang Airport, there are additional charge of 100 baht/trip (excluding VAT)
Pick-up from the airport (Arrival), the limousine will wait for 1.30 hours (from the landing time). If the company's staff cannot contact customer or does customer not show up (No-Show) within 1.30 hours, there is a cancellation fee of 100% of the service fee.
In the case of pick-up from accommodation (Departure), the limousine will wait for 30 minutes after the pick-up time. If the company's staff cannot contact you or does not show up (No-Show) within 30 minutes, there is a cancellation fee of 100% of the service fee.
In the case of not showing up on the appointed day and time (No-Show), the service is considered complete.
In the case of changing the route or traveling off the route, There will be additional charges.
The company reserves the right to charges the additional charge rate determined by the company or refuse to provide services in the case of there are more passengers or luggage than specified without prior notice.
In the case of an emergency where the car cannot be delivered on time due to an accident, traffic congestion, road blockage, riot, flood, the company will provide a replacement car of an equivalent or higher level for the service.
The conditions are as determined by the company. Please check the conditions before using the service.
The company reserves the right to change the conditions without prior notice.

The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
