Terms and Conditions for KTC FOREVER Points Redemption for Cashback
  1. This promotional campaign (“Promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to members of KTC credit card (“Cardmembers”) who have KTC FOREVER points (“KTC Points”) and spend on card at participating stores during 10 Dec 25 – 30 Apr 26 (“Promotion Period”) according to the specified terms and conditions only.
  2. The following cards are not eligible in this Promotion: all types of KTC – ROYAL ORCHID PLUS credit card, all types of KTC CASHBACK,all types of KTC PROUD, KTC - THAI RED CROSS NATIONAL BLOOD CENTRE, KTC VISA CORPORATE, and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
  3. To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, Cardmembers must register successfully by sending a SMS, text EB1, [space] 16-digit card number (SMS fee as specified by network service provider), or by registering at www.ktc.co.th, within the day that card transaction has been made, and receive the confirmation message from KTC.
  4. If the registration has been made more than 1 time, only the first successful registration will be considered by KTC.
  5. If Cardmembers have more than 1 card registered for participating in this Promotion, KTC will calculate cashback value based on the spending amount from each registered card separately.
  6. If Cardmembers have cancelled any registered card for whatever reason, it shall be deemed a waiver of their right for participating in this Promotion.
  7. Cardmembers who spend on card at the minimum of 1 Baht per sales slip, will be eligible to redeem KTC Points at the amount equivalent to the accumulate purchase amount per month for cashback as specified in the terms and conditions.
  8. For the purpose of calculating KTC Points for redemption hereunder, any decimal (Thai Satang) on sales slip will be rounded up to whole Thai Baht.
  9. KTC will credit cashback to Cardmember’s card account within 60 days after the end of each calendar month. In this regard, KTC will calculate the spending amount starting from the day of successful registration to participate in this Promotion until the end of month/Promotion (as the case maybe).

  1. This promotional campaign (“this promotion”) is provided by Krungthai Card Public Company Limited or KTC to offer the exclusive privileges to KTC credit cardmembers (“a cardmember/cardmembers”) who make payments for goods/services with KTC Credit Card (“card”) at Participated shop during 10 December 2025 - 30 April 2026 (“promotion period”) according to specified conditions only.
  2. KTC reserves the right to exclude following card to join this promotion: KTC VISA CORPORATE and KTC GOVERNMENT SERVICES card.
  3. The by PHONE 0.69% Installment payment with KTC Card plan for 3, 6, 10 months is for the payment of goods/services that participate in this promotion and have a minimum amount of 3,000 Baht/purchased according to specified conditions only.
  4. The cardmembers who wish to convert the purchased transaction to 0.69% Installment payment with KTC Card plan for 3, 6, 10 months under this promotion are required to register at KTC PHONE at 02 123 5000 on transaction date only.
“General Terms and Conditions” Promotion
  1. The privileges under this promotion cannot be exchanged, changed to cash, or transferred to any other party.
  2. KTC reserves the right to offer the privileges under this promotion to only cardmembers with normal account status and have no record of default or overdue payment throughout the promotion period until the day on which the privileges are granted to the cardmembers, in accordance with KTC’s existing record.
  3. KTC reserves the right to offer, cancel, revoke or recall any privileges under this promotion, wholly or partially, including the claim of compensation for damages (if any) if fraudulent activities are committed in order to receive the privileges under this promotion, or if the card is used for any commercial purpose, in breaching of determined conditions, or for any non-consumption purpose, or when the transaction is cancelled after KTC granted the privileges under this promotion to the cardmembers.
  4. KTC reserves the right to exclude interest, fine and any other fees and charges, refunds from cancellation of goods/services purchase and any refund at all from the calculation of privileges offering to cardmembers under this promotion.
