Terms and Conditions
  1. Redemptions are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and each transaction  counts as one redemption.
  2. Discount is limited to 1 redemption/card/day and 4 redemptions/card/month.
  3. The promotion is limited to 3,200 redemptions throughout the promotion period.
  4. Any of the following conditions will be considered as the same user: same device, same registered phone number, same mobile phone number reserved for the bank card, same physical bank card number, same ID number, or same app account. Users must personally visit the store using their own electronic devices, app accounts, bank cards, QR codes, etc.
  5. Users are not allowed to split orders; only one payment can be made per queue at the checkout counter. Multiple payments require rejoining the queue. Should a user violate the queuing rules, the cashier has the right to deny that user further participation in the activity.
  6. In cases where transactions with discounts result in returns or cancellations, it will be considered as the user forfeiting the discount, and the actual payment amount will be refunded to the original payment card. This instance of the discount will be counted as used. Partial returns are not supported for this promotion.
  7. If users are unable to enjoy discounts due to unsupported electronic devices, failure to update the app to the latest version, card suspension, card replacement, or other personal reasons, the missed discount opportunities will not be compensated later.
  8. Discounts and benefits issued through this promotion are for the user's own use only. If a user obtains or uses discounts improperly (including but not limited to modifying location settings, using third-party tools, engaging in fake transactions with merchants), China UnionPay and UnionPay International reserve the right to cancel the user’s participation, reverse related transactions, reclaim benefits (both used and unused), freeze the user’s account, and refuse any future participation in UnionPay promotional activities by the natural person.
  9. The offer is only applicable to transactions routed through UnionPay. Stored value products such as vouchers, prepaid cards, and tobacco and alcohol merchandise are excluded from the promotion.
  10. All time points for this event will be based on the backend system time of China UnionPay (Beijing Time). In case of force majeure or changes in circumstances (such as major disaster events, instructions from competent authorities requiring cessation or adjustment, system malfunctions necessitating suspension, or cheating during the activity that harms consumer rights), within the scope permitted by law, China UnionPay reserves the right to adjust, suspend, and terminate the event, which will take effect upon announcement.
  11. Users' participation in the event signifies their understanding and agreement to these event rules. If users find discrepancies between the published store information and reality, they can report it to China UnionPay, which will actively coordinate a resolution.
  12. UnionPay International is neither vendors nor service providers, thus UnionPay International is not responsible for the products or services provided by the merchant. Any obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services shall be borne by the merchant.
  13. The promotional materials are permitted solely for promoting UnionPay activities and must be removed after the promotion ends. UnionPay International is not responsible for any unauthorized use thereafter.
